NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF PARISH COUNCIL
 
I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICE that the Annual Meeting, followed by a routine meeting,
of the above Parish Council will be held at:
Shillingstone Church Centre, Blandford Road
 at 7.30pm on Thursday, 3rd May, 2012

THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

AGENDA

1. To elect a Chairman of the Council

2. To receive Chairman’s declaration of acceptance of office

3. To elect a Vice-Chairman of the Council.

4. To receive apologies for absence

5. To record any declarations of interest

6. To appoint officers and representatives to outside bodies as follows:
a) Portman Hall Committee (2)
b) North Dorset Area Committee DAPTC (2)
c) Associate member of Shillingstone School Governing Body
d) DT11 Representative
e) Local Industrial Liaison Officer
f)  Footpaths Officer
g) Ancient Monuments Officer
h) Community Resilience Officer

7. To appoint committees as follows:
a) Finance and Insurance

8. To consider the annual subscription to
a) the DAPTC
b) CPRE

9. To make arrangements for review of asset register, risk assessment, insurance and audit arrangements

10. To confirm dates of meetings in 2012-13

There will then follow a routine meeting of the Parish Council

11. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meetings held on 5thApril, 2012 (copy attached)
